Shipping Policy

At Chèr, every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible so your skincare ritual reaches you safely and beautifully. Please read this Shipping Policy for details on processing, dispatch, delivery timelines, and coverage.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners. If your pin code is temporarily unserviceable, this will be indicated at checkout before you complete your order.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the same day and dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
"Dispatch" refers to the order being handed over to our courier partner; transit time begins after dispatch (see Section 3).
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier serviceability — typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days, though remote or non-metro pin codes may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, regional logistics disruptions, festive-season volumes, or courier delays may affect actual delivery dates, and Chèr Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, Pan-India, with no minimum order value required.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email and/or SMS to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's tracking page.
If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of expected dispatch, please contact us at support@cher.co.in.
Our delivery partner may call you ahead of time to confirm your availability before attempting delivery. Please keep your phone reachable around the expected delivery window and answer calls from the courier's number to avoid missed or delayed deliveries.
6. Delays and Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address, refused delivery), our courier partner may attempt redelivery as per their standard process.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders on your account.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Chèr Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@cher.co.in — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery, or if already accepted, record an unboxing video/photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours as per our Return Policy.
